Correct circular machine selected (18–36G). Feed tension and stitch length calibrated to target GSM.

Circular Knitting
Yarn forms seamless tubular fabric on needle cylinders. Stitch density monitored in real time.
Greige Inspection & GSM Test 04

Every roll inspected for defects. GSM tested with precision balance. Width measured and recorded.
Slitting & Width Control 05
Slitting & Width Control
Tubular fabric slit to open-width. Fabric conditioned and stabilised to minimise shrinkage.
Roll Preparation & Dispatch 06

Approved rolls poly-bag packed with batch card. Ready for in-house dyeing or direct buyer shipment.
